Before use:

Previously, I used a certain brand of printer specifically to print file covers. However, due to the actual size of the printed kraft paper exceeding the page size of the printer, there was a reminder of the wrong paper size every time I printed. I had to press the "Execute" button on the machine to force printing, which was very inconvenient.

At the end of the quarter, it is the peak period for printing. Previously, the printing speed of printers could not meet the demand during the peak period, and operators often had to queue up to print.

After setting up the print driver, B820dn can be well adapted to various paper specifications. By sending a print command at once, the machine can continuously print output without the need for forced execution, saving time and effort. B820dn can support paper up to 200gsm thick, and supports various specifications of paper such as kraft paper, label paper, white cardboard, textured paper, art paper, etc. The "flat in and flat out" paper in/out method ensures that even when printing thick paper, there is no paper jam, making it easy to print kraft paper file covers.

B820dn can achieve a speed of 20ppm * 1 even when printing A3 large format paper, and a printing speed of up to 35ppm * 2 for A4 paper, almost twice as fast as previous printers. Even during peak printing periods, operators can print at any time.
